The STIHL 3/8" Rapid Hexa (RH) is a full-chisel saw chain built on STIHL’s patented HEXA system: the Hexa cutter shape and the hexagonal Hexa file are matched, so sharpening is quick, easy and precise. STIHL designed it for professional forestry and timber harvesting, for example on a STIHL MS 462.

According to STIHL: up to 20% more cutting performance than semi-chisel chains (Micro) and stays sharp up to 50% longer than full-chisel chains (Super).

Fitting your saw

Before ordering, check the pitch, drive link gauge and number of drive links – they are stamped on your guide bar. STIHL also supplies this chain in HEXA Upgrade Kit 2 (36RH60) – MS 362, MS 400, MS 462, MS 500i.
