How do I find the right part for my machine?

Search by OEM/catalogue number if you have it, or send us your machine model and serial number via Contact.

Are your parts genuine STIHL?

Yes. We sell new, genuine STIHL parts with the manufacturer's OEM number. No pattern parts.

Which countries do you ship to?

Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom. Outside the EU, delivery is DAP: import duties, local taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient. See our Shipping policy.

How long do I have to withdraw from my order?

As an EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. See our Refund & return policy for the full terms and the model withdrawal form.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown in EUR. For EU destinations, the VAT rate of your country applies (EU One-Stop Shop, OSS). Outside the EU, local import VAT and duties are payable by the recipient.
